Root Canal Therapy
Each of our teeth contains a long, thin strand of dental pulp which provides the tooth with nutrients and nerves that extends down to the tooth’s root. If the pulp becomes infected or injured, the tooth’s nerves die and endodontic treatment is indicated.

During the procedure, a gap is drilled into the tooth’s crown and pulp chamber, diseased pulp is removed, root canal spaces are filled, and the tooth is permanently sealed with a filling. Later on the tooth will need a gold, porcelain, or tooth-colored inlay/onlay or crown.

Dental Implants
A dental implant is an artificial root made of titanium metal that is inserted into the jaw bone to replace the root of a natural tooth. An artificial replacement tooth is attached to the implant.
By replacing missing tooth roots, dental implants provide patients with the strength and stability required to eat all the foods they love, without struggling to chew. Additionally, dental implants stimulate and maintain jaw bones, preventing bone loss and helping to maintain facial features. So, why wait. Call us today!

Invisalign
Although there are many options to straighten your teeth, none offers the level of comfort, convenience and confidence that you’ll find with Invisalign. No matter what stage you’re at in life, you’ll appreciate how this cutting-edge approach to treatment has minimal interference in how you live, but has a positive impact on how you look.

With regular braces, you may experience pain, discomfort, mouth sores, etc. The other issues that can erupt would be plaque buildup, tooth decay, tooth discoloration, tooth/bracket breakage, or difficulty eating.

Invisalign helps you lead a comfortable life by preventing the above mentioned and also allows you to enjoy your favorites snacks from getting stuck in your mouth.

Bacteria can live in your mouth in the form of plaque, causing cavities and gingivitis, which can lead to periodontal (gum) disease. In order to keep your mouth clean, you must practice good oral hygiene every day specially with Invisalign.

Oral Hygiene
What is plaque?
Plaque is a sticky layer of material containing bacteria that accumulates on teeth, including where toothbrushes can’t reach. Many of the foods you eat cause the bacteria in your mouth to produce acids. Sugary foods are obvious sources of plaque, but there are others that you might not realize can cause harm. Starches—such as bread, crackers, and cereal also cause acids to form. Plaque also produces substances that irritate the gums, making them red, sensitive, and susceptible to bleeding. This can lead to gum disease, in which gums pull away from the teeth and form pockets that fill with bacteria. If the gums are not treated, the bone around the teeth can be destroyed and teeth may become loose or have to be removed.

How can I get rid of plaque?
The best way to remove plaque is by brushing and cleaning between your teeth every day. Brushing removes plaque from the tooth surfaces. Brush your teeth twice per day with a soft-bristled brush. Use a toothpaste containing fluoride, which helps protect your teeth from decay. Clean between the teeth once a day with floss or inter-dental cleaners to remove plaque from between the teeth, where the toothbrush can’t reach. Flossing is essential to prevent gum disease.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY – see your dentist regularly to have your teeth cleaned professionally by a hygienist.

HealOzone
HealOzone is used for the treatment and prevention of tooth decay and sensitivity. It only takes seconds, has minimal physical intervention and is completely pain free. Ozone is applied to the tooth tissues in a controlled manner, safely killing off the bacteria that cause tooth decay, without causing pain and without anesthesia.

Ozone is a gas composed of oxygen atoms and is the most powerful oxidant. It has been used in human medicine since the beginning to the twentieth century. Ozone kills off bacteria and fungi; it inactivates viruses and stops bleeding, and treats dental caries.

Healozone uses oxygen in the air to generate the ozone for treatment use. A vacuum pump leads the ozone to the tooth in a safe and controlled manner. After the treatment, a special filter turns the residual ozone back into oxygen.
  • 99% of the bacteria that causes tooth decay were eliminated after 10 seconds of the ozone exposure
  • 99.9% of the bacteria that causes tooth decay were eliminated after 20 seconds of the ozone exposure
  • Most root and fissure cavities become remineralized and hardened after treatment with healozone
  • There are no recorded incidences of any side-effects.
Laser Dentistry
The Picasso soft tissue dental Laser in our office is used for a wide variety of oral soft tissue procedures. It utilizes solid state diodes as a laser energy source. It is intended for use by dentists for soft tissue procedures like incision, excision, vaporization, ablation and coagulation of oral tissues. It is also used by hygienists for sulcular debridement, i.e, removal of diseased, infected, inflamed and necrosed soft tissues in the periodontal pocket. We also provide laser decay detection.
